Why not now?

So, I've been thinking ... for three years now, it has been put on my heart to reach out to single young ladies with hearts to follow the will of God.
I've been attending the same church now for over ten years, and it's always felt as if "young women" have been a bit overlooked. Nothing against my church, but womens conferences focusing on "married women" and women with children just really doesn't do very much for me.
There NEEDS to be a revolution of young women in our day n age.
To be quite honest, most young women these days are lost. Lost in the world of insecurity, sex, addiction, alcohol, and drugs. We give our hearts and bodies to the wrong men over and over again. We lose ourselves to the women in magazines and on the tv screen. We find comfort in our addictions to clothes, beauty, diet pills. We lose ourselves to these things every single day.
So here I am, just one of the many women in the world trying to STAND ABOVE it all.
In hopes of a better world. In hopes that I might not lose myself in this world, but gain everything in the kingdom of God.
This drive has been beating at my heart for years, and tonight something struck a cord.
Why not me?
If I can't seem to find a revolution of women to join, I'll start my own! And whether or not many women decide to join me, why not try? Why not now? Why not tonight?!
I'm in my room.. just trying to sleep. And my heart is bursting with all of these hopes and dreams for the women of today.
Single women in particular.
It's hard for us ladies out there.
We hear it everyday, we're not skinny enough, not beautiful enough, not ever quite enough. We aren't lady enough, we aren't hard-working man enough. And I just want to brag and boast to you that YOU ARE ENOUGH! The Lord of all the earth MADE you, and let me tell you, he NEVER makes a mistake.
He made you beautifully and perfectly. So take heed of this! Be strong in this! Be ever hopeful IN HIS promises! Be apart of this revolution with me! Let's realize our beauty in the God, EVERY SINGLE DAY, TOGETHER, for the rest of our lives. Because lets face it, men are great, but where are we without our LADIES of fellowship and love!?
I hope I can be there for all of you ladies. With a drive to follow our Lord in heaven.
He has such beautiful plans for our lives, and this blog is dedicated to that HOPE and to the reminder of HIS promises. I love you all, beautiful darlings.
